Rosé

Pale colour, fragrant nose - rose petals, dry back palate, soft taste, low alcohol. Similar to southern french rose, good with provencal fish soup

Basically what one would expect from an inexpensive generic Beaujolais. Totally quaffable, especially slightly chilled, and certainly preferable to sweet or heavy plonk you can buy in the same price range. Quite acceptable...

I haven't been able to bring myself to drink rose since the two sips I was able to tolerate from this. Perhaps I'm just not cut out for blush wines...

The nose features strawberries but also has something else I can't quite place. This wine literally tastes, though, like nothing. It's neither sweet nor dry, not acidic or creamy, and has no quantifiable taste whatsoever.

For someone who doesn't like spakling wine too much, and stays away from pink stuff in general, this stuff is lovely! It's not overly sweet. Nice finish.
