Mushroom

Bright aromas with a fungal funkiness and some baked pears mashed in. Medium thick mouthfeel, with medium acidity, light fruit and more than a touch of oak. The finish kind of drops off, lingering mostly with the oak flavors.

Ripe red fruit nose with fungal undertones. Pepper and spice mixed with dark red fruit. There's a bit of a tannic edge, but it's quite smooth, with notes of dark chocolate and oak. Smooth, silky texture.

Light floral and herbal nose, flavors are slightly yeasty with a hint of a fungal note. Pleasant bubbles, lovely flavor. Very nice wine.

Solid floral nose with mild fungus in the woodshed, the acidity is perfect and creates a long impression. Good bubbles.

Very light pear and apple notes leading through from the nose to the finish, where it mingles with a lightly fungal minerality.

Fungal nose with piles of beef bouillon and a hint of brown sugar. A smooth and refreshing complex wine with hints of smoked bacon, damp soil, earth, soy sauce, leather and oak. There's even a hint of sweetness. Good...
