"mild" on Snooth

Mildly aromatic but well balanced, low acidity with a moderate buttery finish. Dark cherry flavor with a hint of spice. Good value @ $27 CDN.

November 2009

i am a red wine drinker per se but had my share of european white earlier in ... it kinda reminds me of the mild fruity rhine wines of germany with low acid level! a wine you can enjoy visiting with friends on a relaxing...

Vendange Symphony

Starting at $9.89 Snoothrank: 3/5
November 2009

Really bold and powerful with a soft touch, butteriness and mild acids are in perfect balance, the fruits are melonous and tropical. Would go great with couscous and salmon.

Zaca Mesa Roussanne 2006

Starting at $25.99 Snoothrank: 4/5

This match sounds very good but I would go for lamb (less than 12-month old), which has a purer/milder taste than mutton (older 'lamb') which is tougher, needs to be cooked longer and differently. I would go for a Merlot...

Shotfire seems to have a fairly high variance from year to year, but I ... like this vintage. It has mild tannins, and lingers well on the palette. It was better decanted for about 20 minutes

Thorn-Clarke Shiraz Shotfire Ridge 2006

Starting at $17.99 Snoothrank: 3.5/5

Superb value. Vintner studied in champagne region. This is not overly dry (a ... sweet, either. Balanced. Mild acid. Big, bold hits of apple and citrus. Chill and enjoy

November 2009

This might have some potential but needs to age a bit. Sharp up-front tannins overpower mild dark fruit and leather tones. Lackluster finish.

Sierra Salinas Casa Mira 2005

Starting at $22.95 Snoothrank: 3/5

Mildly grassy with lots of grapefruit. It's a clean tasting wine with a sense of the classic sauvignon blanc heritage.

Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough 2004

Starting at $22.27 Snoothrank: 4/5

If you like a blast of fruit with a mildly sour finish, this is a fun wine. It's a bit strong for our Savignon Blanc tase buds.

Rancho Zabaco Sauvignon Blanc 2004

Starting at $13.39 Snoothrank: 3.5/5

This wine had a nice, light sparkle in the mouth. It had a mild honey flavor and paired well with chocolate. A great dessert wine!

La Spinetta Moscato d'Asti Bricco Quaglia 2008

Starting at $14.99 Snoothrank: 3.5/5
