Paired this with a sweet potato soup and it was fabulous. Very dry, flinty, very Chablis. Would highly recommend this wine.

Beautifully perfumed on the nose with seared citrus fruits, flinty minerality and a cardamom like spice note. A touch loose at first but this quickly finds it's focus offering awesome minerality after the sweetish attack....
