Picked up some baby octopus today and cooked it with some yellow tomatoes from the garden and I'm drinking a red from Mallorca that's a blend of callet, monte negro, cab franc, merlot, and syrah. It's working quite well.

Even though this question is super old... You pretty much can't go wrong with any pasta with a tomato-based sauce or anything that is primarily made from mushrooms. Me? I drink red wine with everything.
Really like this wine; had a nice bite at the finish and was really delicious! Nice with eggplant parmesan.
