This wine is hard to beat. Smooth yet flavorfull, not too dry or acidic. I enjoy it with Beechers Flagship One Year aged white cheddar, I have been really impressed with the 2005 vintage, but this one is even better.

Best summer wine, crisp, smooth, flavorfull citrus notes yet still good strong body. Must be properly chilled, great with spicy foods or with light cheeses, artichokes, ect. Great value at only $20-$25 a bottle.
