I was hit with citrus pineapple melon fruits. Some earthy notes but delicate light and crisp. This night I enjoyed it with a lobster sushi roll.

Very earthy, nice caramel on the nose. Medium body with black cherry tones.
Juicy ripe cherry aromas front for a rustic palate full of tar and tree bark ... even though there's an earthy bite
A very earthy nose of mushrooms, wet soil and truffles. Firm acids on the attack, give way to sour cherry and raspberry flavors. The finish is taught, but offers good fruit and some nice vanilla tones from the oak.
