"Cuvée" on Snooth
I absolutely loved this wine. I was in the mood for a french wine and we got a bottle of this one from 2004. Absolutely perfect. I am going to try some of the other products from this winery. Its a very comforting wine...
Bottom line & at least in my mind- Snooth has found so many wine lovers happy ... it as well. It's a unique "cuvee", and you guys all deserve credit for continuing to open doors for the free spirits and geeks amongst us...
This tiny, tiny 8 acre estate is all about kicking it old school. Traditional winemaking using concrete tanks and aging in large nuetral oak ensure the unadulterated expression of this great region.

Juicy ripe cherry aromas front for a rustic palate full of tar and tree bark and earth. Finishes clean, even though there's an earthy bite.

I'm not much of a barrel fermented chardonnay fan, but this wine blows me away. Ripe white nectarine and peach aromas are followed by layers of stonefruit and a rich, creamy mouthfeel. I'm buying a case for Turkey day...
