"Crustacean" on Snooth

I was hit with citrus pineapple melon fruits. Some earthy notes but delicate light and crisp. This night I enjoyed it with a lobster sushi roll.

dmcker, I would certainly like to have your recipe for the ragout of baby squids with garlic, leeks and zinfandel in the sauce. Sounds wonderful, and I'd like to see how it pairs with a Sparkling Red that I received in my...

eAs suggested by many following this thread, light, slightly acidic Pinot Noir ... subtle taste of mollusks, crustaceans and fruits de mer... Having said this, I would still recommend you abandon this line of inquiry and...

re:Reply by Robert Johnston, Oct 30. "I have to admit, though, I've never ... with shellfish (mollusc or crustacean)." Robert, I've been serving hearty reds with spicy shrimp dishes and seafood paella for years and...

This is currently the favorite under-$10 bottle of bubbly of my wife and me. Went great with our shrimp cocktail and salad that we had for dinner. Dry with a touch of fruit.

A luscious yet friendly Chardonnay, fresher than a hickey on a Catholic school girl's neck on the first day of class. This Chardonnay is a true example of the style of Chardonnay for which Washington is becoming known....
