Very nice herbal and menthol nose. Very rich and fruity with flavors of cherry, plum and cassis. Smooth attack, but with good acidity later. Raspberries with a light leathery flavor on the finish. Long finish. A nice wine.

Yoshi. Im not sure if I can explain why the Peju Zin had the best influence on ... I've had, it has a really cool label too, so it will look nice in the Boudin basket with the salami and jack cheese! Cheer
