Nice kind of chocolaty/coconut/buttery texture, but the flavors are strangely juxtaposed with the acids#16;, so it doesn't feel cohesive to me.

When first poured, the wine exhibits a rush of good, small bubbles creating a ... touch of desiccated, toasted coconut flake. Flavors have good presence if not particularly subtle in tone. A decent, sound champagne
