  Domaine Costa Lazaridi Chardonnay Chateau Julia 2005

  Paired with stuffed calamari, charred eggplant & cucumber salad, with roasted pepper & tomato coulis (Whole Foods, Counter Culture: Greek Isles). Very good pairing with peppers (roasted) Awesome acidity, no oak, very crisp.
