eh. it's ok. not great, not bad... but, i keep reaching back for the glass. Typical inexpensive zin, though more translucent than most... Raspberry/cherry jam with a little wood on the finish. Moderate tannins, definitely...

Wonderful Pinot from the Otega region of New Zealand. Unfined and unfiltered, this wine is full of bright cherry and berry flavors, with a hint of smoke, soft tannin and great balance. A tremendous food wine.

well, the more affordable favorites of mine, are Conde de Valdemar Rioja. As ... the wine spends in the oak barrel, and overall aging before being marketed. Another good, inexpensive rioja that I enjoy is Montecillo...

I used to love this wine and bought it quite often in the autumn 2004. Enjoyed its full aroma and taste to various meat dishes.
