  • Yellow Tail gets large shelf space and due to it's advertising and aggressive marketing sells well.  A'Arenberg, Jacob's Creek (Up to their reserve line.), Pewsey Vale, Pensfold, make up the next level to a large degree.  Above $20 you'll see Elderton, Hewiston and the like. Read More

  • Yellow Tail Sweet Red Roo South Eastern Australia NV

    Snoothrank:

I am looking for a taste and flavor to match a brand that I love and can no longer find. My search is arduous, and lots goes down the sink drain. I like a sweet red - mild and pleasant, that finishes well. NO lingering vinegar aftertaste and definitely no overt rubbing alcohol scent assaulting my nose. This one has a distinct layer of berry-swee... Read More

  • Yellow Tail Shiraz 2015

    Snoothrank:

For a wine that you can find for $5-6 it is a great bargain. It has a sweet berry fruit backbone with some oak/vanilla and herbal characters to it. It is great with BBQ, burgers or pasta. I have only had the 2013 vintage. It is a good cheap table red. I have paid $10 or $15 for a lot worse. Read More
