Nice outfit. Conservative on shipping. They talked me into waiting until last week to ship, due to CA heat. Generally better prices than Zachys, but maybe a litlle slow on futures (third tranche?). I am still awaiting some 05 Bordeaux. Reputable outfit to deal with. I called them about six 04 Pontet Canet half bottles on futures. The contract fell through and they replaced with three full bottles out of stock.

Looking at the shelf talkers and the magazine ads, e.g. Zachys, Premier Cru, the ratings of Bordeaux, Barolo, and other wines do not seem to vary that much. That is, from my casual, admittedly unscientific observation....
Way too tannic for my taste. Will skip next time.
