International Cellars Inc. was established in 1983, incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia. In 1994, International Cellars merged with Gladstone and Company Wine Imports Ltd., with the shares of the company equally owned by Directors and Principals, Michael Shuster and Norman Gladstone.
