I recently placed two small orders with this company. The web site looked good and was user friendly. My order promised to confirm availability and within 3 days, but I heard nothing for six. I called and was promised some information, and two days later still haven't heard anything yet. I suppose mistakes happen and I may be one of the unlucky few, but so far I am not a fan and unless these guys pull it out of the fire, I wont be back to that site again.

A nice value WA riesling. Crisp and with a nice fruity zing. A little heavy on the mineral notes, but a nice refreshing wine.
Placed an order online. No response to several email requesting information, either a shipping date or tracking number. Also requested no substitutions, and now have a case of 2003 when I ordered a case of 2005. Wine has a lot of sediment in the bottle, crystallization. Not sure if that's from production or poor storage. Have had this brand many times and never had this amount of sediment.
