Michael is a wonderful addition to our staff as he comes to Century with more than five years of wine retail experience. Michael holds the title of Certified Wine Professional, Level One, from the Culinary Institute of America, Greystone. A self described home chef, Michael loves to cook, "I'm always looking for that synergy between food and wine, I like to play with peoples' taste buds; push the taste bud card, if you will."
