The Central Otago Wine Cellar is run by a Limited Liability Company (NZSouth Limited) the directors of which are us ! - Jean and Roger Gibson. When we moved to Central Otago in the early 1990s, the wine industry was still in its early establishment phase, with the main players being Gibbston Valley, Rippon, Black Ridge and Chard Farm. Over the years we've seen major developments in all parts of Central Otago, and found ourselves in the midst of it. So, building on our love of and interest fine wine, and the fact that we had already developed and were operating a successful web page design and consultancy business, we decided there was a unique opportunity to make the boutique wines of this region available to the rest of New Zealand and the world at cellar-door prices. – Description from milana

Perhaps it comes from the history that... Read More
