    NIGHTMARE. I ordered a case of wine online from Beacon Wine and Spirits. Because they apparently were sold out of the wine that was listed as in stock, THEY SENT ME A DIFFERENT CASE OF WINE from a different vintage with a much lower rating, even though their website clearly states that they will not make changes without contacting the custom...
