  • Zinfandel is a good recommendation. I also find that Sangiovese, Chianti, Rosso di Montalcino, and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano in particular, offers alot of band for the buck and works very well with simple stews. Earthy Portuguese wines work very well too as do some Spanish wines.... Read more

  • Welcome to Snooth! I'm a big fan of Italian wine as well. Last year I felt in love with a region and their wine Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. Corte alla flora produces, to my opinion, the best of the best at a very raisonable price. See you around
