Welcome to 1stcru. We have tried where possible to source wines from smaller family run businesses. It is our belief that these growers and producers take a great pride in their wines and strive to produce the best wines possible showing the true characteristics of the grape varieties, conditions they are grown, area and climate. Not forgetting generations of family wine making know-how. We feel that there is more individuality with these wines over the mass produced wines from the larger corporations that are produced for the masses.
