Perfect for a summer night or weekend. Drink this as the sun goes down and pair it with chicken, shrimp and pasta dishes. It's fresh and fruity, like drinking an orchard. To my palate, it's green apple with a splash of citrus. This is the one I bring to parties or give as a gift.

Floral/herbal nose, but not overly sweet or fruity. Dry, but just enough acidity and a touch of citrus make this very drinkable! Would be great with salad or lighter fare.
