This was my favorite syrah from our Napa trip. It didn't have as much spice as the Pride MT but it was more well rounded and had nice minerality and blueberry notes.

The current Trader Joes Reserve old vines Zinfandel that is made by Mazzocco ... this wine for $15.00 in Calistoga, but it's worth the full retail price.
