This merlot has a chalky oaky flavor with little or no alcohol aftertaste. Very nice.
as a red drinker i found this wine to be able to pull the panties off of most women within a few glasses...

Had this twice in the last 2-3 weeks and enjoyed. Nice, complex, what you would expect from a Napa Cab, nothing extraordinary but very solid.
2004 vintage is one of the 5 best merlots I've experienced. A definite for any merlot lover.
