It is a perfect wine for Oyster. If you ever visit the Basque region in the northern Spain please go visit the winery. The view from the winery to the Atlantic ocean is marvelous.
Oysters and Gañeta are a perfect match for a wonderful afternoon/evening. Great acidity and spritz in the finish.
Crisp and effervescent. A fantastic warm weather change from typical french rose.

Drinking this now on my deck with an assortment of cheese and boquerones (and a little leftover whitefish). The acidity is a nice match for the cheese and fish, and the price is right. Perfect summer sipper.

I visited this vineyard recently, tried the wine and can't wait for it's arrival to the USA. Absolutely incredible, if served properly of course!
