Picked up some baby octopus today and cooked it with some yellow tomatoes from ... and I'm drinking a red from Mallorca that's a blend of callet, monte negro, cab franc, merlot, and syrah. It's working quite well.

Not bad at all for the little sister of Àn. Similar nose, faintly reminiscent of Pinot, with a violet scent dimension, lovely nutty, sweet spice sensations and a truffly, minerally finish. 91 points.

Light steely pink in color. The nose shows peaches, flowers, and vanilla. Sweet and rich with a medium acidity, very fresh. Flavors of peaches, flowers, and fresh apricots dance in the mouth. Great wine. 3.5/5 [NR]
