Catalonia Wine

Deep purple color, still very young. Taste of red fruits, violets, some caramel possibly. Still very closed but very promising, should be drunk about 2013 for full pleasure, but will be great another 5 years at least.

It seems surprising that the sake world and the sparkling wine would have anything in common, but they do - a puzzling obsessive belief that absolute bone dry somehow equals good. I disagree on both counts.
