Valdobbiadene on Snooth
The color of subtle yellow tinted glass, this Prosecco has good mousse with a soft, near-neutral flavor upon entry. This is followed by subtle flecks of cotton candy and grape phosphate with just enough astringency to...
Love it, received some good ratings from the wine magazines too. I had never tried Prosecco, but knew Santa Margherita. It is very easy to drink and great for parties!
Very clear. Tight nose and not very effervescent. Nice mouthfeel. Some fruit and sugar. Not bad but have had much better for cheaper. 85 pts
Very dry (11%) prosecco with very little sweetness to it, and excellent finesse, though the bubbles seemed to be a little on the big side. Crisp flavor with pear and apple on the palette, a great apertivo.
Crystal clear, slight petrol and chalk on the nose. Quite tart but refreshing. Reminiscent of sugar cookies. Surprisingly long finish. Very good example of Prosecco, will buy again.
