Discovered this at a local restaurant. Very smooth and soft to the taste, nice bouquet. Nice with food. Have not tried it without. Moderate price at local stores ($14).

Great nose. Full big blowsy rich fruit and notes of licorice, spice, a great accompaniment to spicy italian sausage or even mussels, clams and fresh calimari.
