Bouquet is a mix of strawberry/raspberry and a hint of grape Jolly Rancher. Palate is similar but with a slight tart edge and a subtle hint of cassis and aniseed. Light bodied, clear and crisp taste with very moderate fruity/hint of currant finish. I had this with a grilled chicken salad, but it really needs something cheesey. Read More
