At this price point this wine is silky smooth with a full mouth feel and a long full finish. I find this somewhat surprising given that the tannins are very light. Some Barberas are thin and narrow on the finish. Not Briccotondo. Aromas of strawberry and cherry are prevelant, and vanilla and caramel/brown sugar follow subtly under the fruit. ... Read More
