One of best Bonarda in Oltrepo' pavese ! You can start with a really fresh 2009 till a really serious 2006. The wine becomes less fizzy and bubbling more concentrated.Fresh red fruits are predominant.It' very good with starters and pasta, expecially filled pasta as ravioli ( very typical in the Oltrepo') in a good beef broth or with a stew sauce...
