I'm not familiar with Beppe Marino the grotta rossa is a tough little wine, one that should develop well in the cellar but it's not friendly or "fruit forward" Antonelli on the other hand makes Montelfalco that is relatively friendly and fruit forward i like this producer but the price seems a bit high to me. 05 another excellent Barbera vintage Cavallotto did well with their Nebbiolo in 05, the Barolo on the other hand was a bit chunkier than I would have preferred when I tried it. Where do you live? I might be able to give more specific advice.    (hide)
