  • Interesting philosophical concept: is there such a thing as objective beauty? ... ... thing back in Ancient Greece about, anyway? Why is it that so many of us do recognize quality in certain wines? Or that there is a common 'this is crap' reaction in so many cases? Interesting Greek white made from the Moschofilero grape. This pours out with a very light pink color and has a subtle nose of lemon pith. There is a combination of citrus, stone fruit and minerality, slightly reminding me of a simple chablis. Read More
