  Definitely a brut, with a more mineral and dry type sparking riesling. Made a nice champagne-like sparkler though. Nice and crisp.

  Great Riesling for a very good price. This one goes well with stronger flavored fish and lighter meats. It is dry (less than 9 g/L = 0.9% residual sugar).   This is a great wine to drink daily. It will be hard to find a better Riesling in that pricerange.

  By definition one of the best Risling I have ever drunk. A big recommendation. A bit pricy however.

The nose delivers an undertone of petrol covered by layers of peach and pineapple that bring to the mouth a lovely ripe stone-fruit flavor accompanied with very nice acidity with a medium-length finish that makes we wish I had some spicy Thai food. When you factor in the price it makes a great introduction to German wines    (hide)

  Rich and sweet inviting nose, the weight is massive in the palate like syrup, there is a lot of acid but it needs more it needs some steel and with it more structure! Somehow missing a flavour dimension in the mid palate, impressive but top heavy. This is a very different proposition...
