Very sweet, but enjoyable, like the certain bubbly person that you don't really admire, but is fun, and sometimes necessary, to have around. Thick bubbles and well balanced fruit, with just the right acidity. Read More

Lucky Ive learned a few things in the last 15 months. I cant believe i ever wrote "no secondary fermentation" for a sparkling wine... How did I think the bubbles got in there? Pink / salmon hue.
