Medium bodied, good mid thru back. Light granache

Everyday wine (literally); this is a solid crowd-pleaser that's an *amazing* value. We keep coming back to this one. (nb NYC residents: sold at Spirits of Carmine)

It's fine, but it came in second to a Ventana Rhone knockoff in blind tasting. I liked it better at first, but it's a little less layered than the Ventana, and not a long finish. It didn't open up a lot after decanting...
