nice dry chenin blanc but provides no surprises: minerality, green apples back immediately by crisp acidity; on the nose you have a bread and mushroom and stone quality which is soft and nice

Very ver funky nose - most interesting. Rather meaty (grey meat from a roast chicken?). This dominates the palate, but there's some light floral notes behind. Extended finish. A very powerful white.
