  Redwood Creek Pinot Noir 2007

  I've got to say the nose was putrid. It literally smells like vomit, and there is a residual nastiness while imbibing. The finish was kind of ok but I would not buy again under any circumstances.

  Terrible. Tastes like dirty water - but I bought it, so I'm going to drink it as fast as I can - bad wine tends not to taste so bad if you drink it quick enough! But seriously, this wine sucks.

  Definite cherries on the nose. Light red berries in the mouth. Drank chilled. Freakin' delicious stuff here!

It went beautifully with each of these or in any combination of the above. It seems to compliment everything. I discovered Pinot Evil when Dinning out in Chicago. There were three wines served that evening. Ranging from 275.00 per bottle to 39.00 for the pinot evil. The pinot evil out shined the more expensive wines. To find it here for 7.99 a bottle was a real treat. I will enjoy it with friends and use it for dinner parties at home. I enjoy wine for many read more...reasons and Pinot Evil has been far underrated and needs better recognition. its bouquet was delicious and made my mouth water. ,It has a light oak flavor I am sure this is what some say is earthy. beautifully light, with a medium dry finish. I have had pinots that were nearly 500.00 per bottle that pail in comparisons. I am not afraid of the lessor expensive wine. I have some put away that I am sure will in years be worth a great deal personally to me. Cheers to Pinot Evil. An affordable sexy nuance to any meal. Or just by itself.
