This wine is rated 90 by W.S., but my first bottle was barely drinkable. I marked the second bottle to open in 2011. The jury is still out, but hoping a couple of years in the bottle will help.

First bottle drank in July 09, a little rough around the edges. Will open the second bottle in 2011 and hope that it meets the W.S. rating of 90.

Almost smells like sour strawberries, sour oak on the tongue as well. Didn't like this.

Made by superstar Michel Chapoutier. I tasted this today and it was a great, earthy wine with dark raspberry and blackberry flavors. Great texture and awesome finish. They say this could evolve for the next decade.
