  This wine is a 4.5 for me. I'm biased toward wines from France's south, but this wine is very representative of a high quality wine from that area, and a very good wine from Languedoc.

  Inky dark colour. Lovely peppery nose with plum fruit that follows through in mouth. Not too heavy despite appearance.

Rich baked strawberry fruits with hints of plum and apple fill the mouth and lead to a crisp, snappy finish.   Nice deep bronzed cherry hue. Sweet Maraschino cherry flavors with some watermelon flavors on the backend. This is a classic rose that finishes on melon and strawberry flavors. Would work well with quiche, or moules frites on a hot summers day
