Coteaux du Languedoc la Clape on Snooth
Inky dark colour. Lovely peppery nose with plum fruit that follows through in mouth. Not too heavy despite appearance.
This opens with quite spicy and gamy notes on the nose before revealing sweet strawberry and pomegranate fruits touched with a hint of Chinese 5-spice powder. A nicely styled yet fairly rich rose with lovely structure....

Very mineral and crisp. Well balanced and dry with elegant mouth-coating almonds and subtle strawberry.
Delicate mouthfeel with grapefruit, mango, and peach flavors, very smooth and long-lasting, not sweet, and not too acidic.
Pungent cherry aromas pave the way for strawberry and cherry flavors, a bit of spice and cranberry, and a hint of medicine on the finish.
Nice deep bronzed cherry hue. Sweet Maraschino cherry flavors with some watermelon flavors on the backend. This is a classic rose that finishes on melon and strawberry flavors. Would work well with quiche, or moules frites...
