A completely delicious wine. Smokey, meaty, and earthy on the nose. On the palate there is a nice acidity and ripe red fruit.

I wasn't going to post anything but since this thread is still going . . . You ... Lesser known areas like Jura, Savoie, Madiran, and others can be sources of value but as it's unlikely you'll find much, I'll not say...

So I see some of the tennis results but how's the wine and cheese pairing ... the oxidived whites from the Jura or off dry Rieslings and Pinot Gris from Alsace. Morbier - soft and creamy with a penchant for pairing well...
