  Fresh, crisp,lots of fruity notes - think very ripe red apple, apricot, a little wild strawberry, as well as a some mineral notes on the nose. On the palate this wine is amazingly round and balanced and very pure.   Weak bubbles - the cork was very compressed, so it might have been that way for a while. Still an ok fizz in the glass, but the bubbles were rather large.
