We enjoyed this white burgundy at our own table with homemade fava bean agnolotti in a curry emulsion.     Served this blind I would have guessed a Kiwi East coast chardonnay such as Matua or Nobilo. In its price range it is right in there. Good chardonnay character, not over-oaked and all round pleasant, if you let it air out in the glass for awhile. Right out of the bottle there is some residual sulfur but it disappears. Read More
