for this region?

Pouilly-Fuisse is the best-known white wine appellation in the Maconnais, which is in southern Burgundy. Because of the region’s more southerly climate, the wines are often quite ripe. They can be oaked or unoaked, and some are suitable for long aging, while others are easygoing wines meant to be consumed in their youth.

Clear, precise and vibrant on entry, this open with very clean flavors of heirloom apples, minerals and dried lemon pith. There;s an edginess to the palate and while the flavors are a bit simple this ... Read More
