  Domaine Tortochot Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru 2001

  “Really nice Pinot Noir. As you would expect it pours quite thinly and has a slight brown hue to it. Big favours of chaerry and raspberry with an added sharp acidic kick at the end. Pity I only have the one bottle of it...”

  “Warm and spiced on the nose with a pool of raspberry coulis and soapy flowers competing with the wood spice tones for dominance. The spice turns toward subtle mace tones and talc and there is even a touch of babies...”
