  Lafouge Auxey-Duresses Premiere Cru les Duresses 2006

  Snoothrank:

  In the nose, red berries, spicy, mineral, "veggy". The mouth confirms the fruit in the nose, nicly acid, souple tanninnes. Nice to drink already today, another 2 or 3 years in the cellar would make it more souple.

  Good acidity, balanced green fruit flavors, some interesting pickling spice, jalepeno funky earthiness going on as well. Paired well with some proscuitto wrapped scallops I BBQ
