Côte de Beaune Wine
The Cote de Beaune is the southern section of the Cote d’Or, in Burgundy. Most of its Grands Crus are white. They are, roughly from north to south, Corton-Charlemagne (shared with Aloxe-Corton) and Charlemagne, both in the village of Ladoix-Serrigny; Corton (mostly red), in the village of Aloxe-Corton; Chevalier-Montrachet and Bienvenues-Batard-Montrachet, in the village of Puligny-Montrachet; Le Montrachet and Batard-Montrachet, shared between the villages of Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet; and Criots-Batard-Montrachet, in the village of Chassagne-Montrachet.
